At Koskii, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is submitted, our logistics partner will collect the package, and the items will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
Approval Process
After the inspection is successful, we will approve your return request within 48 hours and notify you via email or SMS.
Refund or Exchange
For returns, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit; for exchanges, your new selected outfit will be dispatched immediately.
